World Business Forum < 1 min read

What do an Olympic champion, the founder of Shazam and the creative mind behind some of Cirque du Soleil’s extraordinary productions have in common? They’re all taking the stage at World Business Forum Sydney this November.

Coming to ICC Sydney on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 November 2026, the two-day event brings together an exciting line-up of thinkers, innovators and leaders to explore big ideas shaping how we work, lead and do business.

Ten-time Olympic medallist Carl Lewis will share the mindset behind sustained success, while Shazam founder Chris Barton, reveals how a seemingly impossible idea became an innovation that changed the way we discover music.

Former Google Cloud generative AI executive Anna Baird will explore the possibilities where people, data and AI meet, and former Tesla Latin America Managing Director, Terry Gutiérrez will unpack what it takes to challenge assumptions and drive growth.

Adding a dose of creative daring, former Cirque du Soleil Executive Creative Director, Welby Altidor will share how leaders can give bold ideas room to flourish. Bestselling author and marketing thinker Seth Godin, appearing virtually, will challenge audiences to rethink strategy and build lasting relevance.

The line-up also features disruption expert Scott Anthony, change and human potential specialist Richard Gerver, award-winning social psychologist Mary C. Murphy, and Monash University Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Sharon Pickering.

Under the theme TRANSCEND: Building Limitless Organisations, attendees can expect fresh perspectives on leadership, innovation, creativity, AI and high performance, alongside opportunities to connect with more than 1,200 leaders and decision-makers.
