Partner-led pathway creates an opportunity to bring WhiteHawk’s expanded cyber, mobile application security and AI governance capabilities to U.S. federal agencies
Sydney, Australia and Virginia, USA, 20 October 2026: WhiteHawk Limited (ASX: WHK), through its U.S. entity WhiteHawk CEC Inc., has been selected by Bell Federal Systems Inc. (BFSI) to pursue U.S. Federal Government opportunities through NASA’s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI program.
The arrangement provides WhiteHawk with an additional route to market for its cyber risk management, mobile application security and AI security capabilities through an established U.S. federal government prime contractor.
SEWP VI is the next generation of NASA’s government-wide technology procurement program, used by federal civilian and defence agencies. The program has a reported aggregate ceiling of US$60 billion over a 10-year ordering period across three categories, with ordering scheduled to commence from 1 November 2026.
BFSI holds a prime contract in Category C, which covers mission-based IT services and solutions, including cybersecurity, cloud services, artificial intelligence and machine learning, data analytics and AI governance. Under the arrangement, BFSI will identify and coordinate relevant requests for quotation (RFQs). WhiteHawk will assess opportunities and prepare technical and commercial responses for BFSI to submit as prime contractor.
Why it matters
Working with an established U.S. federal government prime contractor strengthens WhiteHawk’s ability to pursue relevant federal procurement opportunities, leveraging BFSI’s position in the market while WhiteHawk focuses on developing competitive proposals and delivering against any contracts awarded.
The opportunity was introduced by WhiteHawk’s New York-based partner, Knowledge Preservation (KP), a specialist in information governance and data management. KP played an important role in bringing the parties together, and WhiteHawk being selected following BFSI’s due diligence. The collaboration demonstrates WhiteHawk’s partner-led growth strategy, leveraging complementary relationships and capabilities to pursue new market opportunities.
Bringing expanded cyber and AI security capabilities to the U.S. federal market
Following the Quixxi acquisition, WhiteHawk is positioned to pursue a broad range of U.S. federal government opportunities through its expanded portfolio of cyber risk management, critical infrastructure protection and AI security capabilities. These solutions address growing challenges for commercial, government and critical infrastructure operators, including identifying cyber threats, strengthening resilience across supply chains, protecting digital services and enabling the safe and responsible adoption of AI.
Critical infrastructure resilience is a priority at national, state and local levels, as essential services increasingly depend on interconnected systems, digital applications and third-party suppliers. WhiteHawk’s Cyber Risk Radar and Cyber Analyst Platform as a Service help assess, monitor and prioritise cyber risks across their operations and supply chains. Complementing these capabilities, Clarity AI supports AI governance and the responsible adoption of AI, while Prompt Guard helps reduce the risk of sensitive information exposure through generative AI tools. WhiteHawk’s mobile application security capabilities further help protect applications and the systems to which they connect.
Together, these solutions provide a complementary suite spanning cyber risk management, critical infrastructure resilience, mobile application security and AI governance. Through the SEWP VI arrangement, WhiteHawk can assess relevant procurement opportunities and work with BFSI to prepare technical and commercial responses aligned with agency requirements, creating an opportunity to bring these capabilities to the U.S. federal market.
CEO comment
WhiteHawk Group Chief Executive Officer, Adrian Vallino, said:
“Agencies are under increasing pressure to adopt AI securely while managing cyber risk and protecting sensitive data. WhiteHawk’s recently expanded capabilities bring these issues into a more connected conversation, from cyber risk and mobile application security to AI governance and the protection of sensitive information.
“Working with Bell Federal Systems gives WhiteHawk an important channel to pursue U.S. Federal Government opportunities through an established prime contractor. I’d also like to acknowledge Knowledge Preservation for playing an important role in bringing the parties together and thank BFSI for its confidence in WhiteHawk.
“Our focus now is execution: identifying opportunities that fit our capabilities, making disciplined bid decisions and developing responses that give us the best chance of converting suitable opportunities into orders.”
What’s next
WhiteHawk CEC Inc. has been onboarded into the NASA SEWP network and will begin assessing opportunities as ordering opens from 1 November 2026. Any resulting work remains subject to agency procurement processes and the award of individual orders. The US$60 billion figure represents the overall program ceiling; it is not revenue contracted to, or forecast for, WhiteHawk Limited or WhiteHawk CEC Inc.
