Corina Nesci Announced As Partner Of Highland Southern Highlands

Highland 3 mins read

Leading Highland agent Corina Nesci has been named as the newest partner of the Highland team, capping off a highly lucrative 18 months with the brand. Ms Nesci joined Highland as a prolific Southern Highlands property expert and in her time with the company has driven a high volume of property sales within the region. Following a 23/24 financial year result of over $52million in property sales, Corina’s announcement as the newest Highland partner celebrates her standing as a leader within the business and highlights Highland’s plans of further growth in the area.

A master negotiator with a combined 20 years in the property sales and mortgage finance industries, Ms Nesci knew that the choice to join Highland at the beginning of 2023 was a positive step for her career. “The market in the Southern Highlands is highly luxurious, with large estates and homesteads providing the bulk of our stock, meaning we are targeting high-end buyers,” she explained.

“I felt like there was a real gap in the market that the backing of a prestige property network such that Highland provides, would open my clients up to a whole new world of possibilities and active buyers.” This backing combined with her diligence as a sales agent has meant that in just the last 6 weeks, Corina has negotiated the sale of 4 properties for a combined result of circa $13million, further showcasing her establishment as a leading Highland agent.

And now signing on as a partner of the business, Ms Nesci can only see positives for the continued expansion of the Highland brand within the Southern Highlands. “We are incredibly lucky to have prestige agents Bill and David Malouf working in the highly affluent Eastern Suburbs and further south David Highland and his team working on waterfronts in the Sutherland Shire.”

She goes on further to say: “It is buyers that are looking in these areas that we can link into our properties in the Southern Highlands and open them up to a lifestyle change away from the hustle and bustle of the city. That is the benefit to aligning with a network as vast as Highland and a reason why I wanted to personally align myself with the brand at that partner level.”

CEO David Highland only has great things to say about Corina and her impact within the Southern Highlands since her start. “Corina was a fantastic hire for our business and has truly epitomised everything we aspire to be as a leading real estate brand. Due to her leadership she has ensured our Highland Southern Highlands office is now one of the top 10 offices in the region, which she has cultivated in only 18 months. That’s an incredible achievement.”

He continued: “Now that she is a partner, I only see us growing further, expanding our team in the area and offering our clients a Highland level of service and access that is unmatched by our competitors.”

Having opened their 7th office earlier this year in the Inner West, Highland has made a name for themselves as a leading prestige property network with an ever-expanding reach.
