Humanity First Celebrates 30 Years with Global Charity Challenge

In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Humanity First is setting an ambitious goal: to make a meaningful impact in the lives of thousands across the globe. This year, the South Australian chapter of Humanity First is joining a worldwide effort to collectively travel 99,000 kilometres—the equivalent of circling the globe more than twice!

From 6th to 20th September 2025, volunteers and members of the community from over 65 countries will walk, run, and cycle as part of this global journey, raising awareness and vital funds to support Humanity First’s life-changing humanitarian projects.

As part of the initiative, Humanity First South Australia will host a Walk – Run – Bike Charity Event on Sunday, 14 September 2025, at 1:30 PM at Noor Mosque in Adelaide’s southern suburbs. The event will feature a community BBQ and opportunities for individuals and families to participate and contribute towards this extraordinary global mission.

Join us and be a part of something truly global. Together, let’s walk for humanity.

About the Charity:

Humanity First Australia Ltd is a non-political, non-religious and impartial international relief and development agency that focuses on protecting human life and dignity. Humanity First Australia Ltd provides aid on the basis of necessity alone, irrespective of caste, creed, color or religion.

Our mission is to serve socially disadvantaged individuals and families in the poorer communities and disaster struck areas in Australia and around the world.

We aim to offer sustainable development solutions to society whilst providing and empowering local communities the resources to help themselves. We promote peace and understanding based on mutual respect and acceptance. Through advocacy, emergency responses and efficient programming, HF prioritizes the health and safety of those most vulnerable.

As a relief organization, HF aims to help millions of people in need in alleviating poverty, improving standards of living, refining health resources and promoting quality education to vulnerable communities. HF is funded by voluntary contributions of individuals and private sponsors. Majority of the aid workers and management are unpaid volunteers who recognize the significance and value in helping those less fortunate.
