Ahmadiyya Muslim Community < 1 mins read

Imam Kamran Tahir of Adelaide's largest mosque, Mahmood Mosque, expressed deep sadness over the recent anti-Semitic and terrorist attack on the Jewish community in Bondi. He condemned the attack in the strongest terms and said his thoughts are with the families of those who lost their lives and those who are in hospital.

Expressing his deep concern, Imam Tahir stated:
“We stand in solidarity with the Jewish community. No one should ever be targeted because of their faith. All Australians should feel safe to practise their religion without fear of attack or intimidation.”

He emphasised the fundamental right of all religious communities to worship freely and without fear. Highlighting the importance of fostering interfaith harmony, Imam Tahir encouraged those interested in dialogue to reach out via email: [email protected].
