Martine McCash, Vice President of XRHealth Australia said: “This attack on Jewish people and the Bondi community is truly devastating. Our leadership and clinical teams who are based across Australia, Israel, the United States and Spain have close ties to Jewish communities who are grieving the impact of this senseless attack. We want to help, and the best way we can do that is by opening our mental health support groups free of charge.”
“We know that not everyone wants to sit in a waiting room or talk face to face. Anonymous, peer-based spaces can be a softer first step – a place to listen, to talk if you want to, and to remember you’re not alone in feeling the way you do. That’s what Innerworld was built for, and we know it could make a meaningful difference right now,” she said.
Eran Orr, CEO of XRHealth said: “Our priority is ensuring that support is available to people when and where they need it. Innerworld by XRHealth enables meaningful connection and healing through community support, and we’re committed to offering this resource as part of our broader mission of care.”
XRHealth has previously supported similar community-based initiatives in response to global and regional events, using immersive environments to expand access to mental health and therapeutic support.
