Nicole Kidman brings couture-season glamour to The Peninsula Paris
Nicole Kidman stepped out in Paris to attend The Peninsula Classics Best of the Best Award Ceremony, hosted at The Peninsula Paris, a landmark hotel synonymous with elegance, heritage and craftsmanship.
Held this week during Haute Couture season, the invitation-only evening placed Kidman at the heart of Paris’s fashion and cultural calendar, alongside an international guest list spanning luxury, design and the creative industries.
The annual event celebrates exceptional craftsmanship — from haute design to automotive artistry — with this year’s award presented to the 1938 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B, widely regarded as one of the most beautiful cars ever created.
WHAT: Presented annually by The Peninsula Hotels, The Peninsula Classics Best of the Best Award honours one exceptional classic automobile selected from a curated group of seven finalists, each a Best of Show winner from the world’s leading concours events. The award celebrates automotive artistry, heritage, and craftsmanship. This year’s ceremony was held at The Peninsula Paris, a historic landmark known for its elegance and proximity to the city’s most iconic sights. The event brought together leaders from the automotive, cultural, and creative worlds to honour the finest classic automobiles from around the globe. From 28 January through 1 February 2026, the winning vehicle,1938 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B, will be displayed publicly at Rétromobile, one of the world’s premier classic car exhibitions.
