Sydney, Australia – [February 3, 2026] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, today announced the appointment of LuLu Shiraz as Country Head for Australia and New Zealand, in addition to her current role as Senior Director, Sales for the region. This appointment reflects Vertiv’s continued investment in Australia and New Zealand and builds on Shiraz’s strong track record since joining the company in 2021.

A seasoned business leader with more than 20 years’ experience in IT, telecommunications and enterprise sales, Shiraz has held senior roles at Telstra, Oracle and Dell EMC. In her expanded role, Shiraz will oversee all Vertiv business activities across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on delivering outcome-based solutions, enhancing go-to-market speed, advancing strategic alliances and reinforcing Vertiv’s position as a trusted partner in the digital-infrastructure ecosystem.

“I’m honored to take on this broader responsibility and continue working closely with our customers and partners,” said Shiraz. “The pace of digital transformation across the region is accelerating, and supporting organisations as they strengthen their digital foundations is both exciting and meaningful.
