Ramadan Begins: Hejaz Launches Global “30 Days of Goodness” Campaign
As the holy month of Ramadan begins, Islamic financial services provider Hejaz is inviting its global community to take part in a simple yet powerful initiative: 30 Days of Goodness.
Through the social campaign #30withHejaz, individuals across Australia, the UK, the GCC, and beyond are encouraged to share one act of goodness each day throughout Ramadan, whether it’s helping a neighbour, supporting a colleague, giving quietly, or receiving kindness with gratitude.
The initiative is designed to build a collective story of generosity, sincerity, and positive impact across borders, reminding communities that even the smallest act of kindness carries weight during the sacred month.
Founder and CEO of Hejaz, Hakan Ozyon, said: “Ramadan is a time of reflection, generosity, and community. We wanted to create something that allows people everywhere to participate in a shared movement of goodness. One small act, repeated across thousands of people, becomes something far greater.”
Participants are invited to post their act of goodness on social media, tag three friends, and follow @hejazfs, creating a ripple effect of compassion and intention throughout Ramadan.
While the campaign celebrates daily acts of kindness, Hakan says the initiative also reflects a deeper philosophy that finance, faith, and responsibility belong in the same conversation.
“In Ramadan, we reflect on generosity, but generosity is not limited to charity,” Ozyon said. “It includes halal earning, responsible investing, supporting community businesses, and building sustainable intergenerational wealth. Financial systems should align with faith, not conflict with it.”
As the campaign progresses, acts of kindness have already been shared from across multiple regions, including small gestures, quiet contributions, and sincere moments of connection. The initiative reinforces the message that goodness is not measured by scale, but by intention.
As Ramadan draws to a close, Hejaz will award one participant USD $5,000 to pay it forward in another act of goodness, extending the spirit of giving beyond the holy month. However, organisers emphasise that the true reward lies in the culture of shared impact being built through the campaign.
“It was never about performance or numbers,” said Ozyon. “It was about intention. It was about encouraging people to live their values daily and deliberately. If one story inspires another, then we have created something meaningful.”
Community members who have not yet participated are encouraged to share their act of goodness using #30withHejaz and tagging @hejazfs.
