Melbourne printer FolioFox partners with Tellwell Publishing to help emerging authors demystify small press publishing at National Writers’ Conference this weekend
FolioFox, a Melbourne-based commercial book printer, will co-sponsor a panel on small press publishing and host a stall at this year’s National Writers’ Conference (NWC), the centrepiece event of the Emerging Writers’ Festival (EWF), running Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September at The Wheeler Centre in Melbourne’s CBD. Progress on hold: disability reform standstill
It has been three years since the Disability Royal Commission (DRC) handed down its recommendations, yet experts say only 3 - 7% of reform recommendations have been implemented. The evidence for reform remains strong. For example, the employment rate for people with disability sits 26 percentage points below the employment rate of non-disabled people.
