Alpine Capital, is launching to create one of Australia’s leading emerging company advisor, stockbroker and wealth management platforms. The experienced and well regarded team will focus on servicing emerging companies and the investors who support them across our Corporate Finance, Institutional Sales and Wealth Management divisions.

Alpine Capital has been created by combining the experienced team of Wentworth Securities, including Thomas Schoemaker (Head of Wealth Management), Phil Cawood (Head of Institutional Sales) and Malcolm Nutt (Director), with a highly experienced Corporate Finance team in Charlie Reed and James Emonson, recently founding RE Capital after departing PAC Partners.

Bringing together the two teams will provide a dedicated service across offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with ten professionals with significant experience in capital markets, emerging equities, corporate advisory and wealth management.

Charlie Reed said “In our experience completing a transaction is only the start of the client journey. Through the addition of Institutional Sales and Wealth Management to our service capability we will work with companies and investors on private and public market opportunities across technology, natural resources and general industrials. I am excited by the initial interest, including a range of transactions prior to Christmas.”

Thomas Schoenmaker said “Wentworth has built a strong reputation over the past decade for delivering sound and holistic wealth advice. We are excited to launch Alpine Capital to partner with a highly credentialled Corporate Finance team to deliver Capital Markets and Corporate Finance solutions. We believe this will deliver an additional service to our clients along with attracting other like-minded wealth managers and institutional sales executives to our team in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.”
