The 2023 Ocean Photographer of the Year is macro and blackwater photographic specialist Jialing Cai from Chongqing, China.

Jialing is currently studying Evolutionary Biology at Columbia University in New York.

The House of Representatives Standing Committee on Health, Aged Care and Disability has today releasedits report into the inquiry into the Thriving Kids Initiative.
