Announcement of appointment of new CEO

The Board of Tilt Renewables has announced the appointment of Anthony Fowler as Chief Executive Officer.

Anthony has spent the last 8 years as the Chief Executive Officer of Lochard Energy and prior to this held senior positions at several other energy businesses. Anthony will join Tilt Renewables in February 2024.

Anthony brings a wealth of experience in the renewable energy sector, with over 20 years’ working for major energy companies in the Australian and US energy markets.

“Following an extensive search, the Board is delighted to welcome Anthony into this role. Anthony has a demonstrated record of guiding energy businesses through periods of significant transformation and growth,” said Tilt Renewables Chair, Cheryl Bart AO.

“I am honoured to join Tilt Renewables and to have the opportunity to lead some of the most talented people in the renewables business who have made Tilt Renewables Australia’s leading renewable energy company,” Anthony said.

Anthony was previously a member of the executive management team at AGL where he was responsible for Australia’s largest generation portfolio, as well as wholesale trading and the business customers group.
