OPPORTUNITY to meet international bull riding stars before the Tamworth showdown begins!

 

Media are invited to AELEC ARENA at 12noon tomorrow, Friday October 24 to meet some of the stars of world bull riding, and the PBR Managing Director before the PBR Australia Tamworth Iron Cowboy event begins, the final before the PBR Grand Finals in Townsville the following weekend.

 

Available tomorrow include:

 

  • Glen Young, Managing Director of PBR Australia

 

  • Brazil’s Rubens Barbosa, one of the Iron Horses of international bull riding. At 41 he has competed on over 900 PBR bulls with 339 qualified rides. He’s accumulated over 15 PBR UTB event wins, has delivered 17 x 90+ point rides in his career on the PBR Tour and was part of Team Brazil in the Global Cup. All up, there’s few that can hold their ropes near his in terms of wins and experience. The last time he rode in Australia was five years ago; now he’s back and wants buckles!

 

  • Kyle Lamon, making his Australian debut at Tamworth is acclaimed Rodeo Entertainer, Tennessee-born army veteran Kyle Lamon, who has dedicated his life to entertaining rodeo crowds across America. A former bull rider turned trick roper, Lamon swapped the chutes for the arena spotlight after the birth of his son, Kaysen. Kyle “Hashtag” Lamon is all showman!! He’ll provide AMAZING content!
