Australia’s premier real estate services provider The Agency Group Australia has once again demonstrated its industry leadership by securing top honours at the at the 2024 reiwa.com Awards Ball, continuing its winning streak for the sixth consecutive year.

In a remarkable achievement, The Agency was awarded Top Large Agency by Listings Sold and Value Sold, reinforcing its position as a dominant force in the Western Australian real estate market. In 2023/24, The Agency’s Perth office generated a massive 3,214 sales from listings translating into $2.36 billion in property value exchanging hands.

This accolade reflects The Agency’s unwavering commitment to excellence and its ability to consistently deliver outstanding results for its clients.

The Agency’s Adam Naumovski was a standout performer, taking first place as Top Assisted Salesperson by Listings Sold by completing 206 sales for the year. His exceptional performance earned him the coveted title of Grandmaster for the sixth year in a row, solidifying his status as one of the industry's elites.

Team Rash – headlined by founding member Rash Dhanjal - also made a strong showing, securing 3rd place for Top Team by Listings Sold on the back of 235 sales completed. Meanwhile, Team Rash’s Navpreet Singh achieved 2nd place in the Rookie of The Year category, highlighting the depth of talent within The Agency.

On the auction front, The Agency took out 2nd place for Top Office in WA by Auction listings sold while Paul Brookes was awarded 3rd place as Top Salesperson by auction listings sold.

In addition, The Agency is proud to announce eight of its agents attained Master Salesperson (Top 2-5%) status, while 83 agents were recognised in the Million Dollar categories.

Frontline services stretched to breaking point as housing crisis deepens

Frontline organisations responding to Australia’s housing crisis are operating at breaking point, reporting sustained increases in demand, escalating complexity, and diminishing capacity to help, according to Everybody’s Home.
