Comms Group Limited (ASX:CCG) Secures A$2.4 Million Contract with Leading Global SaaS Provider in Partnership with Vodafone

Sydney, Australia – 9 September 2024 | Comms Group Limited (ASX:CCG) ("Comms Group" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has recently secured a major contract in partnership with Vodafone Business, the business division of Vodafone Group PLC, to provide IP-based voice services to a leading global SaaS provider. The awarded contract, with a value of over A$2.4 million, will generate this revenue for Comms Group over an initial minimum three-year term, with potential for additional earnings through further usage-based charges. 

Highlights:

  • Significant Contract Win: Comms Group has been awarded a new major contract, in collaboration with Vodafone Business, to deliver IP-based voice services to a global SaaS provider, covering ~7,000 users.

  • Revenue Generation: The contract will deliver over A$2.4 million in revenue through upfront and ongoing service fees over a minimum three-year period initially, with additional revenue to come from potential usage-based charges. 

  • Strategic Partnership: This contract reinforces the strategic partnership between Comms Group and Vodafone Business, building on their joint capabilities in unified communications and global country coverage.
