LICENCE TO SPRAY: EPA KICKS OFF NORTHWEST PESTICIDES CAMPAIGN

NSW pesticide users are being urged to make sure they have the relevant licences and training ahead of a new compliance campaign kicking off in the northwest of the state. As spray season kicks off this summer, the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) will be checking if commercial pesticides applicators are licenced in Moree, Walgett, Narrabri, Brewarrina, Warren, Coonamble, Gilgandra, Gunnedah and surrounding areas. Queensland’s adult patients living with ADHD will have improved access to care though specialist GPs from today following changes by the Queensland Crisafulli Government. Specialist GPs have been able to diagnose, manage, and prescribe for ADHD for children since 2017 in Queensland, and today’s change makes it the first state to allowspecialist GPs toinitiate, modify, and continue ADHD medication foradults.
