TITAN MINERALS (ASX: TTM) Receives US$10 Million from Lingbao Gold for 9.9% Strategic Investment
Titan Minerals Limited (ASX: TTM) (“Titan” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it hasreceived US$10 million from Lingbao Gold International Company Ltd (Lingbao) followingexecution of a subscription agreement under which Lingbao will acquire a 9.9% stake in Titan. The funds were received just three business days after the agreement was signed,demonstrating Lingbao’s strong commitment to the partnership. The US$10 million strategic investment will accelerate resource drilling and derisking studies at Titan’s flagship Dynasty Gold Project in southern Ecuador, where four diamond rigs are currently in operation.
