- Road closures will be in place from 6am 31 December, including Watson Road and Upper Fort Street
- Media crews can gain access at Watson’s road for the purpose of the media call only.
- City Staff will direct you on arrival at Watson’s road and you will be escorted up the hill to the call point
- There is limited parking on Upper Fort Street, parking will be on the surround streets.
