Unmatched satisfaction and reliability

ASUS topped PCMag’s survey charts with a score of 9.4 out of 10 for overall satisfaction and also led in reliability, mesh coverage, network management and likelihood to recommend. Home office users indicated that they particularly enjoy the streamlined VPN setup: “It’s really easy to set up a VPN connection on the router for full coverage of all devices,” noted one respondent.

And thanks to ASUS AiMesh technology, any compatible ASUS router—including ROG gaming routers—can seamlessly join a user’s network, unlocking advanced features like WiFi 7 Multi‑Link Operation, Smart Home Master and unified management for truly extendable, high‑performance coverage.

With thirteen years as the PCMag Readers’ Choice Award for Standalone Home Wi-Fi Routers, two years of Wi-Fi Mesh Network Systems awards and eight years of Business Choice Awards for Routers for Home Offices, ASUS has solidified a position of innovation and trust. More than a decade of customer recognition demonstrates engineering mastery, cutting-edge network innovations and rigorous testing standards, driven by customer feedback and continuous refinements in every router generation.

For WiFi mesh systems, PCMag reports that “ASUS’s ZenWiFi line wins easily, notably jumping from 9.0 to 9.4 year‑over‑year for overall satisfaction." They also note, “The Asus ZenWiFi BQ16 Pro in particular impressed us with its astonishing throughput speed.” PCMag also recognized the ROG Rapture GT6 as “one of the few mesh systems designed specifically for gaming...which is also an Editors’ Choice winner.”
