Greater Western Water (GWW) is continuing its Customer Care Days program, offering free, face-to-face support sessions across the City of Yarra, Point Cook and Werribee throughout May.

The program gives customers the opportunity to speak directly with customer service staff about bills and accounts, in a supportive, in-person setting.

The sessions are delivered at convenient community locations including libraries and community centres, at different locations across GWW’s service area.

GWW General Manager for Customer Experience, Terence Alvares, said the program is about giving customers access to support in the way that works best for them.

“We know many customers value speaking with someone face to face and that some issues are best resolved in person,” Mr Alvares said.

“Our Customer Care Days allow us to listen, work through concerns together and provide practical, one-the-spot assistance – whether that’s understanding a bill, setting up a payment plan or checking eligibility for concessions.”

Customers are encouraged to register via GWW’s website to secure a session time, however you do not need an appointment to attend.
