23 April 2026: Australian family lawyer and co-parenting expert Gabriella Pomare, founder of The Collaborative Co-Parent, has been named a Bronze Award winner for the Category Achievement in Thought Leadership at the Stevie American Business Awards. The award recognises Pomare’s work in developing The Collaborative Co-Parent, a practical, emotionally intelligent framework designed to help separated families improve communication during and after separation. 

 

Pomare specialises in family law and is the author of The Collaborative Co-Parent. The platform began as a client-based conflict resolution-centred solution and has since developed into a global platform delivering practical and emotionally intelligent methods for supporting families during separation. 

 

Judges described the platform as “an integrated, emotionally intelligent framework backed by frontline legal experience,” noting its “clear international reach and real-world impact.” They also highlighted Pomare’s “socially impactful leadership platform on emotionally intelligent co-parenting,” underpinned by her legal expertise and growing media visibility.

 

The Collaborative Co-Parent was further recognised for “translating deep legal expertise into scalable, emotionally intelligent frameworks” with judges noting Pomare’s expansion into the U.S. market, her book’s recognition and her growing media and speaking presence.
