UNHCR has delivered thousands of emergency items to displaced people in Lebanon following the announcement of a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon. “Wewelcome the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon. We hope it can put an end to the violence, destruction, and immense suffering,” said Trudi Mitchell, CEO of Australia for UNHCR.
