McKell proposes ‘Extreme Land Wealth Levy’ to fund mass stamp duty cut
The McKell Institute has today released a major new policy proposal calling for a national levy on ultra-wealthy landholders, with all revenue returned to states to fund stamp duty cuts for first home buyers, movers and downsizers who buy new dwellings.
