CIMIC’s Leighton Asia secures an energy infrastructure project in Indonesia

CIMIC Group company Leighton Asia has been awarded the civil and mechanical works by PT. JGC Indonesia to support the onshore scope for bp Indonesia’s Tangguh Ubadari, CCUS, Onshore Compression (UCC) Project, located in Papua Barat province, Indonesia.

The project includes general civil works for site development and tie-in mechanical works at the major Indonesian energy project.

The scope of work to be undertaken by Leighton Asia includes piling, drainage, roads, foundations, culverts, and precast concrete elements, as well as tie-in installation work during TAR-13 (Turn Around Maintenance-13) including steel structure erection, piping, electrical, insulation and painting.
